Finally, Nikon seems to be adding some more entry-level glass to its Z lens lineup. Today, they have announced the new Nikkor Z 85mm f/1.8 S lens for its Nikon Z mirrorless cameras. It costs almost twice as much as its F mount counterpart, coming in at close to $800, but it’s a start. NiSi is expanding out into the world of photography lenses with the announcement of their first. It’s an ultra-wide-angle 15mm f/4 manual focus lens designed for full-frame mirrorless cameras. Not Panasonic ones, though. Although, it is also available for Fuji’s APS-C X mount system. The lens offers an aperture with 10 straight blades, to provide that “sunstar” look to light sources for use both during the day and at night. An Ontario photographer has captured the perfect impression of a spooky human face in a giant wave on Lake Erie. It’s so impressive, that at first glance it almost doesn’t look real. Photographer Matilde Gattoni has filed a lawsuit against Microsoft over alleged copyright infringement. According to the lawsuit, Microsoft used Gattoni’s photos in an article on MSN. However, she claims that the company didn’t license the photos, nor they had her permission to use them. Law Street Media published the court documents, containing the lawsuit and the exhibits. The article in question was published on 24 January 2020 on MSN and it’s titled These are the women leading China’s wine revolution....
