As of this writing, the Galaxy A52 is receiving the Android 12 update with One UI 4.0 in Russia. But it should be long before users in other countries get to taste the new One UI version. You can lookout for an update with firmware version A525FXXU4BUL8 in the coming days. The latest update for last year’s popular Galaxy mid-ranger bundles the December 2021 Android security patch. It’s not the most recent one but we aren’t complaining as there are plenty of other things to look forward to....

If you needed more proof that the world was going nuts, it seems that Samsung is working on 600-megapixel sensors. In an editorial post on the Samsung website, Yongin Park, Head of Sensor Business Team stated they’re prepared to “ride the next wave” of tech innovation, and is determined to produce sensors with higher resolution than the human eye. In just the past couple of years, we’ve already seen smartphone sensors make what seemed at the time to be a ridiculous leap to 64-megapixels, followed up very quickly by 108-megapixels, and a 150-megapixel 1″ Samsung sensor was rumoured to be in the works just last month....

The UK has been receiving some ridiculously warm weather recently. Scotland recently had its hottest day in over 100 years, and we’re still pretty toasty today – at least by UK standards. One has to remember that this sort of weather is so uncommon here that pretty much nobody in the UK even has AC, except in their car. As it’s such a rare event, we often take to the local parks and beaches to soak up the sun while we can....
