If you ever needed proof that police photo composites could be pretty accurate, this is it. In an advert recently put out by Getty, they use facial compositing techniques to make up the faces of religious leaders, politicians and royalty using parts of random people from the millions of images in their archive. I would imagine Getty used slightly more advanced Photoshop techniques than you might see at your local police station when describing a perp, but it’s a great use of a technique that’s been around for a quite a while now....

According to the latest report by 9to5Google, the Google Fit logo is all set to be revamped. Instead of the closed heart logo, the Google Fit will sport a heart, but it doesn’t have a closed shape. The red U shape in the icon is now more like the letter C, making the yellow portion of the logo seem like a checkmark. Another interesting change in the logo is that Google has flipped the blue and green colors....

Pixel phones have a history of arriving with some or the other hardware issue or a flaw, which would eventually ruin the user experience. Thankfully, for Google Pixel 6 and 6 Pro, that was not the case. However, a few users are seeing this display flickering issue on their Pixel 6 Pro, which fortunately isn’t a huge deal. Moreover, the good news is Google was fast to acknowledge this issue and says that a fix for it will be bundled with the December update....
