Well, a couple of things coming out of the Canon camp today. First up, Nokishita has spotted two new camera registrations from Canon coming from what appears to be a Russian certification body. The two bodies are unreleased cameras with the codes DS126841 and DS126842. The other is an update on the long-awaited APS-C RF mount mirrorless camera. The timing of these two seemingly independent bits of info seems quite convenient and I think they may be linked....

The potential impending death of Canon’s EOS M APS-C mirrorless camera system seems like it’s just been drawn out for far too long. One minute Canon’s still full steam ahead on EOS M and the next there are rumours of the inevitable demise of the entire APS-C Canon EOS M lineup. The latest rumours, though, suggest we won’t have much longer to wait to find out the fate of Canon APS-C, with multiple sources confirming to Canon Rumors that this will be the final year for EOS M and that two APS-C RF mount cameras are coming....

While at the Financial Times Future of the Car conference, Musk received a direct question about Trump’s reinstatement. In response, the CEO said, “I guess the answer is that, I would reverse the permaban,” an opinion he shares with Twitter’s co-founder and former CEO, Jack Dorsey. Both Musk and Dorsey believe that permanent bans (permabans) should only apply to bots and spam accounts. However, the Tesla CEO was quick to offer a caveat, saying, “I don’t own Twitter yet, so this is not, like, a thing that will definitely happen....
