In honor of Inktober, Isaac Alvarez of UNPLUG Production made his own ink-related project. But rather than making an ink drawing, he focused on commercial watch photography. He used only a simple two-light setup and some super-cheap items, most of which we all have lying around the house. Despite the low-budget setup, the results are professional-looking, so let’s dive in and see how he did it. A car is never just a car, particularly a luxury car like a Porsche. Just as each image should tell a story, so does every car. One photographer who understands this is automobile light painter Dominykas Liberis from Vilnius, Lithuania. Every one of his images and car portraits oozes personality, elevating them from ‘just a car’ to each having a story of its own. Richard Johnson of Spectacle Photo has done something extra-special. He’s taken a regular, photographic convention and applied it to Photoshop. The Floridian photographer mounted, framed and hung his Photoshop floppy disks in his office. We spotted his brilliant idea here, in a post on Facebook, and it’s drawn some attention. Over 100 people have left comments about their memories of Photoshop. Many people have chimed in with the version they started with, while a few others specifically recall loading version 1....

Either most Canon EOS R5 owners aren’t as observant as they like to think they are or this might not be as common an issue as some may believe. But at least one EOS R5 owner, who goes by the name juanmaasecas, has spotted what he believes is a bug with the in-body image stabilisation system in the Canon EOS R5. He posted a video showing how the bug appears and has confirmed that others can reproduce it....
