Samsung has announced the Galaxy Note10 and Galaxy Note10+ smartphones. Yes, that’s right, there are two of them. The Galaxy Note has previously stood alone as Samsung’s flagship mobile device. But now the standard Note10 is taking a back seat to the “Plus” variety. And there are some quite noticeable differences between the two. From a smartphone photography standpoint, the good news is that both models contain mostly the same cameras....

Retouching portraits isn’t at all uncommon, and most photographers include it in their services. But if we talk about portraits of children, this becomes a rather sensitive topic. Journalist Sam Walker recently expressed her outrage with a school photographer who offered “basic and premium retouching” for annual school photos of eight-year-olds. The packages included blemish removal, teeth whitening, and evening skin tones. Sam is the mother of two daughters. She tweeted on Monday that her girls had their school photo, and there was the option to airbrush the picture....

In what will come as a massive shock to absolutely nobody, Nokishita has managed to get their hands on photos of the upcoming Sigma fp L mirrorless camera ahead of its official announcement expected next week on March 23rd. And in a further act of defiant predictability, they’ve posted them to Twitter. As well as the Sigma fp L camera itself, they also have photos of the strange-looking modular EVF-11 electronic viewfinder, which bolts onto the side of the camera instead of sitting on top....
