Panasonic Unveils Three New 50Mm 70 200Mm And 24 105Mm Lenses For L Mount Full Frame Mirrorless

A couple of new cameras isn’t the only thing Panasonic announced today. Along with the official announcement for the Panasonic Lumix S1 and S1R full frame mirrorless cameras, comes three new Panasonic L mount lenses. There’s the Panasonic S PRO 50mm f/1.4, the Panasonic S PRO 70-200mm f/4 OIS and the Panasonic S 24-105mm f/4 Macro OIS. Panasonic reaffirms the alliance between Panasonic, Sigma and Leica, stating that it’s “a user-friendly solution that will allow photographers to ‘mix and match’ any of the three manufacturers’ […] cameras with any lens from each other’s product portfolios”....

Paul C. Buff lighting company, producers of such lights as the Einstein, AlienBees and DigiBee lighting products, has announced a new strobe called the Celestial. What makes this light special? Well, in the grand scheme of things, not much. But in the Buff lineup, it means they’ve finally got a small portable strobe that supports High Speed Sync and TTL flash metering – only a decade behind the competition.
