Google’s AI labels what it sees in your photos, and sometimes it doesn’t really do the best job. Now Google has announced some changes and its Cloud Vision API tool is going gender-neutral. Instead of labeling people in photos as “man” or “woman,” the tool will now play it safe and label them simply as “person.” Business Insider obtained a recent email reportedly sent to Google developers. It’s the first day of spring, so flowers and photos of them are all around. But are you up for some different flowers? How about dandelions made of windmills? Photographer Jamie Seidel took and edited a fantastic photo where he made windmills look like white dandelions. It took 700 photos, so he also created a timelapse video. My Students came up with an idea to drop flowers into a pan of milk after they saw several pictures on Instagram. The students decided to create a technique for getting the perfect picture by eliminating all trial and error. The students created the following technique and were able to photograph over 70 photos, successfully capturing the splash every time.
