There’s been so much hype around the Tamron 28-75mm. f/2.8 Di RXD lens since the beginning of the year, but now Tamron is saying that they can’t keep up with the demand. The new lens was supposed to start shipping on May 24th, but it will inevitably be delayed for many customers since the number of reservations has apparently exceeded the production rate. Or at least this is what Tamron says....

In an attempt to enable high-speed internet all over the world, SpaceX has launched 540 Starlink satellites into orbit so far. The planned number is 12,000, but they’re already ruining the party for astronomers and astrophotographers alike. Daniel López recently tried taking a photo of the comet Neowise, but Starlink satellites ruined it completely. Daniel shared the photo on his Facebook page which shows the comet Neowise and Starlink satellites interfering with his view over it....

This engineering approach is something that camera accessories brand Moment has been doing particularly well lately. They have just launched a collaboration with travel photographer Emmett Sparling and have introduced the 35 L Day Chaser Camera backpack. Nikon is celebrating their 100th anniversary this year, and they spoke up about their plans for the future. They didn’t start off very well, as they canceled an entire series of premium compact cameras. However, despite the bad start, the company has some big plans for the future. Also, they’ve made some radical decisions. According to the article published on Yahoo! Japan, Nikon Company will undergo major business restructuring. They want to rebuild their camera business, and they plan to take an aggressive approach in doing so....
