Rumored way back in summer 2019, Fujifilm X100V is finally out. It’s the fifth-generation of the X100 series, and just like its predecessors, it’s a fixed lens camera. Still, it brings some improvements over its big brothers, including 4K video, 26MP sensor, and improved AF. So let’s see what the latest “everyday camera” from Fujifilm has to offer. If you’re a dog person who’s into photography and video games, Nintendo Switch has introduced a perfect game for you. It’s called Pupperazzi, and yes, it’s just as it sounds: it’s all about taking photos of dogs. It hardly gets better than that. Advertisements “Who will photograph, pet, and tell these dogs they’re good boys and girls if you don’t?” the game publishers wonder in the announcement. The game lets you photograph and catalogue all kinds of dogs to build your career, upgrade your camera, and discover new canines as the game progresses....

Canon Watch is reporting a “rumour” that the Canon EOS R3 have a price that is “below that of the Sony Alpha 1” and “maybe even less than $6,000”. They seem to have been informed that the price for the EOS R3 will be $5,999 – at least at launch and all I have to say to that is… don’t be daft! The Canon EOS R3 is not going to be a flagship camera, so why would it come with a $6K (I’m rounding up) flagship price tag?...

No, this is not a TIE fighter gong over the sun, it is the International Space Station. And while getting a shot of the ISS over the sun is competently doable, getting that shot with Mercury in the frame is an epic effort. Engineer and photographer Thierry Legault took this composite of the ISS, Sun and Mercury at a carefully selected location and date in Philadelphia, USA. You see during the entire 21st century there are only 14 times that Mercury goes over the sun....
