Fujifilm Abandons Pro 400H Film In Both 35Mm And 120 Formats

Fujifilm has announced that it is ending production of both 35mm and 120 format versions of its PRO 400H colour negative film. In a notice posted to the Fujifilm website, Fuji says that it has become “increasingly difficult to procure the raw materials needed to produce PRO 400H”, so they’ve decided to drop it. It appears that in this case, they’re not just ending it because they can, but because of real logistical issues....

Getty Images Sued Again Accused Of Profiting From Public Domain Images

Dallas-based digital marketing company CixxFive Concepts has recently filed a class action lawsuit against Getty Images. The lawsuit claims that Getty is allegedly licensing images that are in the public domain. But in addition to that, CixxFive Concepts also accuses Getty of using all kinds of “deceptive techniques” to make customers think that the company is the legal copyright holder.
